Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with DoD and intelligence community security guidance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with ICDs, DoD 5205.07, NISPOM, and other guidance.
• Developing, updating, and administering security plans and SOPs.
• Creating and delivering security education and awareness programs.
• Conducting internal self-inspections and implementing corrective actions.
• Performing peer reviews at other locations to support security compliance.
• Participating in government inspections and follow-up actions.
• This role will require onsite work at the Tucson facility.
• Managing program security administrative functions such as personnel processing and access control.
• Overseeing SAPF/SCIF construction alignment with ICD 705 and TEMPEST documentation.
