Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.
• Active and transferable Top Secret clearance level required at time of application. U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with ICDs, DoD Manual 5205.07, NISPOM, and other applicable industrial and special program security guidance.
• Developing, updating, and administering security plans, SOPs, OPSEC plans, and CONOPs.
• Creating and delivering security education, training, and awareness programs such as indoctrinations, refresher training, and debriefings.
• Conducting internal self-inspections, identifying deficiencies, and implementing corrective actions.
• Performing peer reviews at other locations to support broader security compliance.
• Participating in government compliance inspections and executing required follow up actions.
• Onsite in Tucson facility and managing program security administrative functions.
• Overseeing physical security and construction requirements for SAPFs and SCIFs in line with ICD 705.
