Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a seasoned security professional to manage compliance with DoD SAP/IC directives. This on-site role requires a TS/SCI eligible clearance and experience with NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, and ICD 705.

You will develop SOPs, administer DD254s, and coordinate government inspections across programs. Candidate should have a university degree or higher, CSSO background, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.
• Prior CSSO experience.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to understand, implement and ensure compliance with the DoD Manual 5205.07 – DoD SAP Security Manual, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, ICDs, and related directives.
• Provide security guidance regarding program operations.
• Manage DD254s and subcontractor processing actions.
• Develop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to the program.
• Create, update and administer security education, training and awareness.
• Conduct self-inspections and recommend / implement corrective actions.
• Prepare for and participate in government inspections, as well as implement corrective actions.
• Program administrative work and coordination across sites.
• Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Assist in presentation preparation for program status and reviews.
• Manage special access program facility administration in compliance with ICD 705.
