Job summary

AIRO Group is seeking an SEC Financial Reporting Manager to ensure the integrity of accounting information and timely SEC filings. The role contributes to accurate quarterly and annual reports, MD&A, and footnote disclosures, collaborating with auditors and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive SEC experience, strong GAAP/SOX knowledge, and proven leadership. CPA preferred; experience with ESG reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant professional experience; 3+ years in public accounting preferred.
• Extensive SEC reporting experience, generally 5–10+ years, including at least 3 years in SEC reporting for publicly traded companies.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software, Excel, and XBRL tagging.
• Experience with ESG reporting and disclosure readiness in line with SEC proposals.
• Ability to research complex accounting issues and recommend solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external financial reporting activities, including quarterly and annual reports and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting with footnotes, MD&A, and schedules.
• Manage SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) and reviews of these documents.
• Provide guidance on new accounting standards and SEC requirements.
• Support Controller with contract reviews as needed.
• Collaborate with auditors, Investor Relations, and cross-functional teams for audits and board reporting.
• Prepare and review schedules, journal entries, and reconciliations; assist with monthly close.
