You will work with Corporate FP&A, regional accounting teams, tax, legal and internal audit to ensure accurate financial reporting and SOX compliance, while supporting process improvements. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting/finance and a CPA; 3+ years of public accounting experience is

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA License required.
• 3+ Years Public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with review or preparation of SEC Filings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures for Form 10-Q/10-K and other SEC filings.
• Prepare MD&A, footnotes, XBRL and press release documentation.
• Liaise with tax, treasury, legal, internal audit and FP&A on reporting matters.
• Research and implement new or revised accounting standards.
• Summarize technical guidance in earnings per share, currency, segment reporting, derivatives, stock-based compensation, goodwill and intangibles.
• Document and execute internal controls for SOX 404.
• Engage with finance staff in US and international locations for accounting support.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting projects.
