Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA license is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
• Experience with SEC footnote disclosures and Form 10-Q/10-K is ideal.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly close and prepare Form 10-Q and annual Form 10-K disclosures.
• Coordinate SEC filing deliverables and internal review processes.
• Prepare footnote disclosures, balance sheet analytics, and disclosure checklists.
• Collaborate with finance partners to address SEC reporting issues.
• Support internal/external audits and implement process improvements.
