Kontoor Brands in North Carolina seeks a Senior Analyst in SEC Reporting to prepare and analyze quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks and 8-Ks. You will consolidate financial statements, footnotes and MD&A support, and collaborate with FP&A and regional teams.

The role requires CPA and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong technical accounting, ERP, and XBRL skills. The position supports SOX compliance and process improvements within a global finance organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA license required.
• 3+ years of related professional experience.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with review or preparation of SEC filings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures for SEC filings (10-Q/10-K/8-K).
• Prepare documentation to support MD&A, footnotes, XBRL and press release documentation.
• Collaborate with tax, treasury, legal, internal audit and FP&A on reporting matters.
• Research and implement new/revised accounting standards.
• Support SOX 404 internal controls in financial reporting.
• Engage with finance staff in US and international locations on accounting questions.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting projects.
