CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to join the Corporate Controller's Organization. You will lead technical accounting analyses, prepare memoranda, and support 10-Q/10-K filings while ensuring compliance with U.S.

GAAP and SEC rules. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver accurate financial reporting. The role emphasizes leadership in complex transactions, external reporting support, and developing training for internal

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with senior leaders and external auditors.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements; experience with technical accounting memoranda.
CPA designation required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

Lead technical accounting assessments and provide guidance on complex transactions to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations on inquiries and initiatives.
Lead M&A technical accounting assessments and prepare purchase accounting entries.
