Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• CPA Preferred.
• SEC Reporting experience (Public Accounting and/or Industry).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports (Form 10-Q and 10-K).
• Responsible for SEC compliance and maintaining knowledge regarding SEC trends.
• Manage quarterly and annual filing documents within Workiva.
