Qualifications

• A four-year degree and 5 to 7 years of digital media experience, 4+ years of SEM experience.
• Strong familiarity with the digital environment and media planning/buying processes.
• Proven data interpretation and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day clients.
• Lead development of SEM program strategies and analyses.
• Oversee day-to-day internal team work on bid strategy optimization and testing.
• Establish and drive paid search best practices for the team.
• Ensure campaigns and executions meet client goals and quality standards.
• Translate media strategies into final media recommendations.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor the team and drive advancement.
