Job summary

You will collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Services Engineering to define support strategies, deliver advanced training, and ensure customer success across global accounts. Travel up to 20% is required, with a focus on enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science required.
• 5+ years of work experience in a customer-facing technical role or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of USRP, SDR, and Open Source UHD SW resources.

Responsibilities

• Resolves technical issues for customers focusing on Enterprise and Strategic Tiers.
• Advocates for the customer experience and provides product improvement recommendations.
• Builds customer and department technical proficiency through standard services.
• Captures and documents knowledge to enable self-service resolution and knowledge base.
