Hire Hangar is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to own outbound pipeline across Europe for a global video technology company. The role targets universities, AV integrators, enterprises, and public sector accounts, qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior sales leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role in B2B tech, SaaS or hardware.
• Fluent English plus at least one EU language (German or French) or two EU languages.
• Based in the EU and able to work EU business hours.
• Proven track record of hitting activity and meeting targets.
• Experience working remotely with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.

Aufgaben

• Run multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) into European accounts.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked meetings.
• Engage prospects in English and at least one other European language.
• Hit weekly activity and meeting targets.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM.
• Share market feedback with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging.
• Work closely with senior sales leadership on account priorities.
