Responsibilities

• Drive qualified client meetings and pipeline via outbound prospecting and collaboration with Sales.
• Invite key personas to events to develop opportunities.
• Build multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Research institutions to identify goals, initiatives, influencers, and decision-makers.
• Navigate complex accounts with multiple stakeholders to generate momentum.
• Nurture leads until sales-ready with clear next steps and handoff.
• Partner with Sales to prioritize accounts and ensure timely follow-up.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and use data to set priorities.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of peers.
