Crusoe in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Senior Engineering Manager, SDN Control Plane to lead the team building the scalable control plane for multi-tenant VPC networking across large GPU fleets.

You will own architecture, implementation and production operation of distributed systems, delivering features from commit to production on aggressive timelines, and mentor senior engineers while partnering with data-plane teams to ensure low-latency, highly reliable networking.

Formación

• 10+ years in distributed systems or cloud networking engineering.
• 5-7+ years managing senior/staff-level talent.
• Deep knowledge of SDN and network virtualization: VXLAN/Geneve, VPCs, BGP/EVPN.

Responsabilidades

• Define roadmap for the VPC control plane and evolve network virtualization systems.
• Oversee design of distributed control-plane services for scalability.
• Lead reliability engineering, incident response, and API-latency benchmarking.
• Mentor and grow a team of senior staff engineers.
