Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior SDET to join the Quality Engineering team, focusing on testing and automation of web applications. You will design, develop, and execute automated test solutions with Selenium WebDriver in Java, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

The role requires strong Java skills, Web UI automation expertise, and experience in a distributed onshore–offshore delivery model. This hybrid position is based in Orlando, FL, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong Web UI testing and automation using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks.
• Experience with Java programming across test automation.
• CI/CD integration and knowledge of Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Understand, analyze, and gather requirements to define test strategy.
• Design and create detailed test cases and automation strategies for web applications.
• Develop scalable and reusable automation scripts (Selenium WebDriver with Java).
• Execute tests across environments (QA, STG) and validate results.
• Perform defect logging and triage discussions with stakeholders.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Maintain test documentation and collaborate in an onshore-offshore model.
