Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a senior QA engineer in a hybrid onsite role based in Coppell, TX. The position requires 7+ years of hands-on testing experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG) and strong CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins, Git, Jira).

Proficiency in Java and SQL, plus Agile experience and excellent communication, are essential for success. We offer W2 employment with benefits after a qualification period, including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years senior-level experience.
• Hands on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, TestNG, etc. as well as CI/CD technologies (e.g. Cloudbees, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, Git, JUnit, Jira etc.).
• Financial services industry experience is a huge bonus.
• Strong experience with automated testing.
• Proficiency in working in Java.
• Solid understanding of databases with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
• Familiarity with both Agile development methodologies, and experience working in onsite/offshore coordination models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in testing process, and functional testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
• Stays current on the changes in their area and seeks out learning opportunities to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
• Good to have familiarity or experience in using Agentic AI tools and usage in testing.
