You’ll work with teams to align automation with organizational goals, integrate tests into CI/CD, and stay current on industry trends while ensuring risk and cybersecurity practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with several years of relevant automation experience.
• Experience with IDEs such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, or IntelliJ.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, and TypeScript and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains enterprise automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Defines best practices for automation, code reviews, and quality gates.
• Leads automation initiatives for web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Provides technical leadership and mentors junior engineers.
• Drives adoption of GenAI in automation and evaluates new technologies.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align with organizational goals.
• Ensures compliance with risk, cybersecurity, and change management.
