This senior role directs architecture, Selenium Grid, and CI/CD integration while driving QA best practices at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, math or related field.
• 8+ years in programming, test automation and QA strategy.
• Strong Agile, DevOps and CI/CD experience.

Responsibilities

• Define automation strategy and roadmaps within the CoE.
• Adopt modern test architectures and AI-assisted testing.
• Lead shift-left, BDD and visual regression in development.
• Champion technical transformation across teams.
