Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing experience.
• Strong coding skills (Python or similar; willingness to write in Python).
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain test automation frameworks and tooling.
• Develop reusable testing libraries and data management.
• Improve test reliability and reduce flaky tests across teams.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and release gates.
• Coach engineers on testing and quality ownership.
