Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes brand, is seeking a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to raise product quality across a cloud-based PaaS. You will build resilient UI/API tests, integrate AI-assisted tooling, and drive test coverage within CI/CD pipelines.

Collaboration with developers and business analysts is essential, with a strong focus on architecture and testability. The role reports to the Coder+ Testing team and requires 4–8 years of experience, plus a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Implement Context-Driven Testing and Session-Based Test Management.
• Translate user stories into tests.
• Improve CI/CD test coverage and prioritize automation gaps.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to improve testability.
• Adopt modern test practices and new tooling across the team.
• Leverage AI tooling while maintaining rigorous code review and architecture.
