Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join a highly technical engineering team focused on accelerating and modernizing SaaS products through automation and AI. This role bridges software development and quality engineering, delivering scalable automated testing frameworks for next-generation platforms.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on experience as an SDET, Automation Engineer, Software Engineer in Test, or similar.
• Experience designing and developing test automation frameworks.
• Strong programming experience with C#/.NET.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, or comparable automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and collaboration with senior developers.
• Demonstrated interest in AI-enabled software development or testing with evidence of tooling use.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for next-generation SaaS platforms.
• Build automation solutions supporting applications across .NET/C# or Java environments.
• Develop and enhance automated testing using Selenium and Appium.
• Partner with software engineers to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) to improve quality and velocity.
• Identify opportunities to use AI-enabled tools to improve testing and development.
• Create reusable and scalable automation solutions for multiple products and teams.
