Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Staff SDET to own quality architecture and drive AI‑driven testing across critical systems. You will lead frameworks, platform engineering, and agent‑driven workflows that scale testing and release decisioning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands‑on quality engineering or SDET experience with architecture/automation platform work.
• Proven track record in designing and scaling test automation across frontend, mobile, backend/API.
• Experience applying AI to testing (LLMs, agents, self‑healing) with measurable impact.
• Experience embedding quality gates into CI/CD (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins).
• Strong executive communication and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own quality architecture and long‑term strategy for critical systems and initiatives.
• Design shared quality platforms, automation frameworks, and test infrastructure used across multiple teams.
• Define quality patterns and guardrails to scale testing across teams.
• Lead AI‑driven testing strategy: autonomous test generation, intelligent test selection, and self‑healing automation.
• Mentor senior SDETs and quality engineers; develop hiring standards and talent growth.
