Zusammenfassung

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Staff SDET to own quality architecture and the AI-driven testing strategy for our critical systems. You will lead the development of automation frameworks, test platforms, and agent-driven workflows that underpin release confidence across multiple teams.

You will mentor senior SDETs and quality engineers, define quality metrics, and drive post-incident analyses to improve resilience.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in quality engineering or SDET roles.
• Experience applying AI to testing with LLM-assisted test generation and agent-based workflows.
• Mentoring senior quality engineers and technical leaders.
• Performance and load testing at scale.
• Experience with agile/lean, DevOps, shift-left testing, and CI/CD gates.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/Kotlin for automation tooling.
