Job summary

You will define test strategy, automation, and tooling, driving CI/CD improvements while championing secure practices for handling regulated data in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in software quality engineering, including test strategy, automation frameworks, debugging, and modern QA methodologies.
• Hands-on contributor and team leader, capable of reviewing architecture and collaborating with engineers on quality initiatives.
• Experience delivering results in fast-paced startup or growth-stage SaaS environments.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve QA productivity, including test planning and automation.
• Strong systems thinking and open-source oriented engineering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, engineer, and execute automated tests that scale with services and are easy to maintain.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and AI teams to balance speed, reliability, and user experience.
• Drive quality metrics and improve QA maturity across feature teams and the engineering org.
• Support secure development practices and handling of sensitive/regulatory data environments.
