Responsibilities

• Architect and implement generative AI workflows for field sales operations.
• Develop data pipelines syncing account data across systems (Salesforce, AWSentral, Partner Tools) at scale.
• Drive signals architecture and entity resolution to improve data quality.
• Build APIs and services to encode operational best practices and reduce toil.
• Own end-to-end delivery from design to deployment in agile environment with autonomy.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct design and code reviews, raise engineering bar.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive incident response and monitoring.
