Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the AFX team to define and drive strategy for services, enabling field teams to operate at scale. You’ll spearhead generative AI initiatives across product and GTM, shaping CRM capabilities and intelligent automation for pervasive customer engagement.

You’ll work with sales, marketing, and engineering to build new services that collect metrics at internet scale, embedding best practices into every product release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with systems at the frontier of technology to deliver software for large, distributed worldwide sales teams.
• Design new products and capabilities for business users to operate more effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering and other product managers to define, build, drive and measure mechanisms for field sales teams.
• Work with other product teams to identify opportunities to improve AFX products, tools, data, analytics, and reporting.
• Leverage data and software to drive business decisions at scale.
