Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Connect is building next-generation AI-driven customer experience tools. As a Software Development Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and deploy distributed machine learning systems and large-scale solutions for a global customer base.

You will collaborate with ML scientists to shape strategy, define roadmaps, and drive architecture while mentoring junior engineers. You will join a fast-paced team focused on conversational AI and machine learning across the AWS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy distributed machine learning systems and large-scale solutions.
• Collaborate with ML scientists to influence strategy and road map.
• Drive system architecture and best practices for a quality product.
• Coach and develop junior engineers.
