Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services in Columbus, OH seeks a Senior Scrum Master with hands-on ServiceNow experience to lead Agile delivery for Infrastructure and IT operations teams. You will manage backlogs, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement while aligning work to business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks, including facilitating core ceremonies and backlog management.
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including ServiceNow Agile Development or Agile modules, request management, catalog management, dashboards and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint commitments, and capacity planning.
• Proven experience coaching Agile teams and driving continuous improvement in maturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Agile Delivery Leadership and backlog health across teams.
• Promote alignment to business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Coach teams in Agile practices and enable delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Agile leads, and delivery partners to standardize practices across teams.
• Monitor capacity, dependencies, and communicate delivery impacts early.
• Maintain documentation related to backlogs, processes, risks, decisions, and team performance.
