Job summary

TEKsystems in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile teams, remove impediments, and drive delivery commitments. You will partner with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to establish effective delivery processes and healthy backlogs.

The role requires 5+ years in Scrum/Agile, strong Jira skills, experience in SAFe environments, and a servant-leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Experience in SAFe or enterprise-scale Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and metrics.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog aligned to objectives.
• Establish Agile delivery practices for new teams and promote continuous improvement.
• Monitor team flow with Agile metrics and mitigate impediments.
• Support PI planning and manage risks, dependencies, and governance needs.
