CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to drive agile practices within cross-functional teams in the United States. You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and partner with the Product Owner to continuously improve delivery and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Carries out and facilitates Scrum events, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, supporting the Product Owner, and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework and fosters a culture of collaboration and learning.
• Counsels scrum master teams on agile principles and values to support self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Interprets agile metrics and reporting to track progress and communicate results.
• Designs and develops process evaluation tools for Scrum adoption.
• Develops insights from analytics on team productivity, velocity, and quality.
• Develops stakeholder communication strategies to incorporate feedback into improvements.
• Interfaces with teams and stakeholders to remove obstacles and serve as a buffer.
