Responsibilities

• Interprets metrics and reporting frameworks to track progress and performance.
• Designs and develops process evaluation tools to assess scrum implementation.
• Develops insights from analytics on team productivity, velocity, and quality.
• Develops stakeholder communication strategies to incorporate feedback into improvements.
• Facilitates scrum process and supports the team and stakeholders.
• Implements sharing/documentation systems to enable knowledge management.
