Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Scrum Master in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support Agile delivery across cybersecurity initiatives spanning governance, engineering, operations, and security programs.

You will serve as a servant leader for delivery teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving team performance, removing impediments, and driving visibility into cybersecurity project delivery. The role requires 5+ years in Scrum/Agile delivery with strong facilitation, metrics, and reporting

Qualifications

5+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile delivery.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage cross-functional delivery.
Experience developing delivery metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives.
Partner with cybersecurity leaders to prioritize and manage backlogs.
Track sprint health, team capacity, and delivery metrics.
Remove impediments and balance operational work with project commitments.
Manage and visualize work across Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow.
Provide delivery reporting, risk assessments, and status updates to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement and Agile governance across teams.
Support intake, prioritization, and planning for cybersecurity initiatives.
