Kforce Inc. is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead agile execution on technology and data initiatives.

You will guide teams through ceremonies, prioritize work with business and technical partners, and proactively remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery and high quality. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience supporting agile teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across product, engineering, and analytics teams in a dynamic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or related discipline.
Professional certifications related to Agile delivery, Scrum, project management, or scaled Agile frameworks are preferred.
2+ years supporting Agile teams, project coordination, delivery management, or related technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Prioritize work with technical and business teams to manage delivery timelines and momentum.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across product, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders.
Track milestones and delivery metrics using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
