Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead the MDHHS ARC project in Lansing, MI. The contract resource will coach teams on agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and shield the team from distractions while promoting collaboration across cross-functional groups.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with API-driven, data-centric systems in regulated financial services environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Scrum Master in agile environments.
• Experience with enterprise-level financial or debt management software.
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Nexus, or LeSS.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on scrum practices and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Protect teams from external distractions and manage dependencies.
• Coach Product Owners in backlog refinement and estimation.
• Collaborate across engineering, QA, product, architecture, compliance, and operations.
