Job summary

FastTek Global in Lansing, MI seeks an experienced Scrum Master to support the MDHHS ARC project as a contract resource. You will coach the team on scrum practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and protect the team from external distractions while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments, deep SAFe/LeSS/Nexus experience, strong SDLC/SADLC knowledge, and hands-on Azure DevOps skills to drive

Qualifications

7+ years as Scrum Master in Agile software environments.
Experience with enterprise financial or debt management software.
Strong knowledge of SAFe/Nexus/LeSS or similar scaling frameworks.

Responsibilities

Coach the team on Scrum practices and agile principles.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
Protect the team from external distractions and dependencies.
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
