Job summary

Stellar Professionals LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead key digital initiatives in financial and case management platforms. The role requires 7 years as a Scrum Master, hands-on Azure DevOps, and expertise across Scrum, Kanban and SAFe/NexLeSS.

The position is hybrid in Lansing, MI with 2 onsite days per week and an in-person second interview in Lansing. Ideal candidates show strong leadership, facilitation of ceremonies, and coaching for Product Owners.

Qualifications

• 7 Years serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery.
• Azure DevOps hands-on experience.
• Agile Frameworks: Advanced Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile (SAFe/NexLeSS).
• SDLC & SADLC: Secure application development lifecycle and modern DevOps.
• Agile Ceremonies: Expert facilitation of Sprint Planning, Dailies, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Leadership: Strong track record in removing impediments, stakeholder negotiation, and coaching Product Owners.

WE ARE HIRING: Project Manager 3 / Scrum Master
Looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead key digital initiatives in financial and case management platforms.

Position Details

• Location: Lansing, MI (Local candidates within a 90-mile radius only)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week: Wed/Thu --- No full-remote option)
• Interview Process: 1st Round Virtual 2nd Round In-Person (Lansing, MI)

Key Skills & Qualifications

Primary Requirements:

• 7 Years serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery
• Azure DevOps (ADO) hands-on experience
• Agile Frameworks: Advanced Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile (SAFe/NexLeSS)
• SDLC & SADLC: Secure application development lifecycle and modern DevOps
• Agile Ceremonies: Expert facilitation of Sprint Planning, Dailies, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Leadership: Strong track record in removing impediments, stakeholder negotiation, and coaching Product Owners

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Certifications: SAFe (SSM/SASM), CSM, PSM I/II, or ICP-ACC
• Domain: Financial systems, debt collection/servicing, or payment processing workflows
• Testing: Experience supporting QA processes (UAT, regression testing, post-deployment validation)
