Responsibilities

• Ceremony Facilitation: Lead and optimize core Agile events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Impediment Resolution: Proactively identify, track, and clear roadblocks, coordinating with stakeholders to remove dependencies and access issues.
• Team Coaching: Mentor cross-functional delivery teams toward self-organization and higher Scrum maturity.
• Backlog Management: Refine user stories, prioritize backlog, and plan release cycles with CMS Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Metric Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sprint progress and velocity; use Jira/Confluence to report performance metrics and identify improvements.
• Compliance & Alignment: Ensure delivery aligns with CMS Target Architecture and federal healthcare data security protocols.
