Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks; certification preferred (CSM/SAFe or equivalent).
• Proven experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements and project tracking while leveraging AI.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing requirements and creating user stories.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage Jira tasks for multiple Scrum and Kanban teams.
• Act as a liaison between teams to ensure continuous communication and remove impediments.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes to drive efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to support customers.
• Partner with business leaders, SMEs, technical teams, data analysts, and operations staff to ensure understanding and implementation.
• Maintain documentation in Confluence and track progress in Jira for alignment across teams.
• Leverage AI tools to manage multiple projects and priorities and ensure timely commitments.
