Job summary

Devis in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join a small Agile team supporting a U.S. Department of State program.

The role focuses on turning user needs into written requirements, guiding testing, and keeping sprints on track within a Dynamics 365/Power Platform environment. You will gather requirements, write user stories, run UAT, act as Scrum Master, and maintain documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Hands-on experience with software or system testing (functional, regression, or UAT).
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Scrum Master for the development team.
• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the IT Project Manager on sprint priorities, schedule, and release timing.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog with the government product owner so the team always knows what comes next.
