Job summary

Development InfoStructure seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join a small Agile team supporting a U.S. Department of State program in Washington, DC.

You will translate user needs into actionable requirements for a Dynamics 365/Power Platform-based system used by hundreds of staff. You’ll gather requirements, write user stories, plan tests, and lead UAT while acting as primary Scrum Master, coordinating with an IT PM on priorities and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Experience with software or system testing (functional, regression, UAT).
• Experience in Agile or Scrum teams; active security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from government stakeholders.
• Write user stories, plan and run testing, lead user acceptance testing.
• Maintain SOPs, guides, and training materials for releases.
• Act as Scrum Master: run planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives.
