Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support a federal customer in a hybrid role. You will translate product strategy into actionable user stories, guide Agile processes, and collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.

Qualifications include 5+ years as a Business Analyst, 2+ years as a Scrum Master, and strong Jira/Confluence proficiency. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or six years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years as a Business Analyst.
• At least two years as Scrum Master in IT/software development.
• Experience developing detailed requirements: Business, Functional, Data, System/Software specs, Use Cases.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into user stories, features, and enablers.
• Define functional and cross-functional requirements across the SDLC.
• Decompose epics into testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain product backlog in Jira; support backlog grooming and release planning.
• Conduct bi‑weekly testing/validation of stories.
• Serve as Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Coach teams to improve delivery and collaboration.
• Track and communicate team metrics.
