Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Senior Advisor for Business Process Analysis in Falls Church, VA. You will translate high level business needs into user stories within an Agile framework, collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to define acceptance criteria and test plans.

You will support end-user UAT, participate in daily scrums, and partner with product owners and users to refine requirements and ensure value delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing backlog for BDD/ATDD with 5+ years creating/writing user stories leveraging AI
Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps or Trello
SAFe certification preferred; Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner / Product Manager roles and experience leading Scrum teams in an agile environment

Responsibilities

Translates high level business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
Supports end-user in UAT setup and testing; experience running daily scrums; collaborates with agile teams, product owners and users
