Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst with Scrum Master experience in a remote-friendly role. You will analyze and improve business processes, document workflows in Confluence, and translate stakeholder requirements into well-formed user stories.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage Jira tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks.
• Agile certification preferred (CSM/SAFe or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements and project tracking while leveraging AI.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage Jira tasks for multiple Scrum and Kanban teams.
• Act as a liaison between teams to ensure continuous communication, track sprint progress, and remove impediments.
• Analyze existing business processes and end-to-end optimization to drive operational excellence and efficiency through automation of strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements and translate them into user stories.
