Job summary

DLA Piper LLP (US) is seeking a Scrum Master to serve as a servant-leader and Agile coach, focusing on improving delivery flow, removing impediments, and enabling value stream performance across complex enterprise environments.

The role supports hybrid work in the U.S., facilitates ceremonies, protects teams from disruption, and partners with TPMs and QA Leads to align work with value-driven outcomes while fostering transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cross-team coordination or scaled delivery experience.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile frameworks and Kanban.
• Certifications in PSM I/II, CSM/A-CSM/SAFe Scrum Master preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team and value stream ceremonies, adapting practices to support successful delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments that limit team or value stream effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety for continuous improvement.
• Enable effective work intake, refinement, and prioritization with TPMs and QA Leads, aligning to value-driven outcomes.
• Shield teams from external disruption while promoting stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Track and use Agile metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput) to support learning and improvement.
• Facilitate coordination across teams within the value stream to improve end-to-end delivery.
• Contribute to broader Agile adoption by partnering with other Scrum Masters, TPMs, QA Leads, coaches, and leadership.
