Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience coordinating cross-team or scaled delivery.
- Experience applying Agile frameworks and Kanban to improve delivery flow.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate team and value stream ceremonies, adapting practices for successful delivery.
- Identify and remove impediments that affect flow.
- Foster transparency, collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety.
- Enable effective work intake, refinement, and prioritization with TPMs and QA Leads.
- Shield teams from external disruption while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Track Agile metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput) to support learning and improvement.
- Coordinate across teams to improve end-to-end delivery and reduce dependencies.
- Contribute to broader Agile adoption with other Scrum Masters, TPMs, QA Leads, coaches, and leadership.
