Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Scrum Master who serves as an Agile coach and facilitator to improve delivery flow across value streams. This role emphasizes enabling teams, removing impediments, and aligning work with business value while fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

The position supports hybrid work from U.S. offices and requires extensive cross‑team coordination and a proven track record in scalable delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience coordinating cross-team or scaled delivery.
Experience applying Agile frameworks and Kanban to improve delivery flow.

Responsibilities

Facilitate team and value stream ceremonies, adapting practices for successful delivery.
Identify and remove impediments that affect flow.
Foster transparency, collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety.
Enable effective work intake, refinement, and prioritization with TPMs and QA Leads.
Shield teams from external disruption while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Track Agile metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput) to support learning and improvement.
Coordinate across teams to improve end-to-end delivery and reduce dependencies.
Contribute to broader Agile adoption with other Scrum Masters, TPMs, QA Leads, coaches, and leadership.
