Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master Associate to support one or more scrum teams by facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating sprint execution, and removing impediments.

You will partner with Product Teams, Project/Program Managers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery, manage change requests, track incidents, and promote continuous improvement in a hybrid in‑office environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of IT, operations, product delivery, project coordination, or customer‑facing application support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban and SDLC practices.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies across co‑located, hybrid, or distributed teams, including across locations/time zones.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for one or more scrum teams.
• Coordinate sprint execution and track impediments.
• Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of System Change Requests and release coordination.
• Support production incident management and escalation.
