Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master Associate in Irvine to support one or more scrum teams.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate sprint work, track impediments, and help ensure timely delivery across Product Teams, PMs, and stakeholders. The role emphasizes end-to-end change coordination, release planning, and production incident support to maintain delivery quality in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of combined experience in information technology, business operations, product delivery, project coordination, or customer-facing application support environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for one or more scrum teams to ensure meetings are organized and aligned with Agile practices.
• Coordinate sprint activities, track impediments, and communicate updates on risks and dependencies across teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of System Change Requests and represent SCRs in Change Control Board meetings.
• Support production incident management by ensuring proper通知 and remediation actions are tracked and escalated as needed.
