Bank of America is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach multiple scrum teams within the GMPT Bill Pay and Invoicing Technology group. Qualifications

• 7+ years Scrum Master experience in consumer banking apps and/or payments fundamentals.
• Strong Lean Agile SDLC knowledge and deliverables.
• Ability to lead discussions and learning sessions with 30+ attendees.
• Willingness to facilitate learning and empower team members (Train the Trainer).
• Experience delivering Agile education sessions and coaching teams.
• Experience across management levels within agile (portfolio, program, team).
• Strong backlog prioritization and refinement.
• Strong release planning (Program Increment).
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Process oriented and detail oriented.
• Positive attitude and openness to feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
• Provides visibility into the Agile team’s delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders
• Manages risk including dependency management, impediment removal and policy compliance
• Applies metrics to assess delivery, maturity, and performance and shares improvements with the team
• Partners with product stakeholders to ensure a healthy product and Sprint backlog
• Coaches team to high performance through collaboration and cross-training in Scrum practices
• Leads scaled planning events and represents the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs
• Collaborates with Product Owner, development and test teams to prioritize and define stories in JIRA
• Coordinates work between US onshore and India offshore teams
• Influences and negotiates to obtain agreement between partners
• Ensures a healthy Product and Sprint backlog in collaboration with Product Owner
• Provides visibility into delivery plans and progress to stakeholders
• Measures delivery, maturity, and performance and reviews metrics for improvements
