Bayforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams within a large enterprise.

The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and improve team effectiveness while ensuring work is planned, tracked, and delivered. The role requires hands-on Jira expertise, strong communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to coordinate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Scrum Master with hands-on Agile experience.
• Experience using Jira to manage backlogs, sprints, dependencies and risks.
• Experience in a large enterprise environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile delivery teams.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
• Help teams plan and execute work within established sprint and PI timelines.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and impediments and drive them through resolution.
• Use Jira to manage sprint activities, backlog items, stories, dependencies, and team progress.
• Help ensure user stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Monitor team capacity, velocity, sprint commitments, and delivery progress.
• Identify blockers and coordinate across teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Coach team members on Agile/Scrum principles and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business partners, and leadership.
• Support Agile planning and reporting at both the team and program level.
