DTCC is seeking a Scrum Master Senior Associate to lead cross-functional squads within an Agile environment. You will apply Scrum and related frameworks to maximize delivery quality, coach Product Owners, and ensure continuous improvement across development, testing, and production environments.

You will guide ceremonies, manage dependencies across tribes, and help teams balance scope, schedule, and risk while maintaining a focus on delivering valuable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Understand Agile frameworks (Scrum) to maximize squad success.
• Coach PO and squad to maintain a healthy backlog with refined user stories.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure active participation from all members.
• Coordinate releases and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features.
• Escalate risks and impediments with transparent stakeholder communication.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within squads.
